In conjunction with "the Week", the Tanarata International School announced "Make Your Mark with a Tenner" yesterday.
You see here the Principal of the School, Mrs Guha (in white blouse) making the announcement and handing over the money to the teacher in charge, Ms Pervin.
The competition is targeted at years 9, 10 and 11. Each student will be given RM10 as a loan.
At the end of 3 weeks, the students are to show how they have used the money to make a profit with the loan. They are to work either individually or in groups.
This is in celebration of the Global Entrepreneurship Week. Pupils or groups with the most profit will win a prize - during the Week.
The prize is a surprise for now.
Well done Tanarata ! Mrs Guha is exemplary in promoting entrepreneurship amongst her kids.
